Understanding

The user authorized continuing work on the next development items (Phase 2 golden-case end-to-end implementation). This builds the complete factual comparison pipeline: Markdown claim extraction (work-summary.md), GitHub metric acquisition (subactor/diagit provider response), and deterministic comparison with typed deltas and evidence provenance.

Execution plan

1. Scaffold and maintain ticket-007 under application workstream.
2. Implement src/data2dsl_adapters.py for GitHub metric normalization and Markdown claim extraction.
3. Implement src/data2dsl_comparator.py for deterministic outcome and delta calculation.
4. Add comprehensive unit and end-to-end test suite (tests/test_golden_case_e2e.py) verifying schema conformance with src/data2dsl_contract_v0/validate.py.
5. Update TODO.md and run deterministic governance check.

Actual changes

• Recorded SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION from user request.
• Implemented GitHubDiagitAdapter, WorkSummaryMarkdownAdapter and DiagitCommitMetricResponse in src/data2dsl_adapters.py.
• Implemented DeterministicComparator and compare_observations in src/data2dsl_comparator.py.
• Created unit and end-to-end test suite in tests/test_golden_case_e2e.py covering CONFLICT, MATCH, MISSING_LEFT, MISSING_RIGHT, and UNEVALUABLE outcomes with full contract validation.
• All 5 test suites pass.
• Verified governance gate project\governance-check.bat is green.

Blockers

• New authority remains required for destructive action, secret access, new external coordination, material objective expansion and trusted merge.
