Goal and scope

Publish the research findings on semcod/nlp2dsl IntentPipeline vocabulary extension in docs/nlp2dsl-integration-notes.md and link it to ADR-003. Preserve the architectural invariant of zero runtime LLM dependencies in data2dsl core.

Acceptance criteria

• AC-01: docs/nlp2dsl-integration-notes.md documents protocol-driven extension mechanisms.
• AC-02: docs/decisions/ADR-003-natural-language-query-and-nlp2dsl-integration.md links to the technical notes.
• AC-03: The deterministic governance gate passes.
