1. Extend DeterministicComparator in src/data2dsl_comparator.py to support float and percentage values and deltas.

• Updated validation helpers in src/data2dsl_contract_v0/validate.py.
• Added unit tests for float and percentage in tests/test_golden_case_e2e.py.
• Verified all 33 tests pass and GOV-PASS: passed (0 errors, 0 warnings).
