• Extended _normalize_raw in src/data2dsl_skill.py to support oql, oqlos, oql_telemetry, oql_spec.
• Added unit tests in tests/test_skill.py for raw OQL execution and MCP tool dispatch.
• Validated with pytest (57 tests passing, 100%), ruff check, mypy, and project/governance-check.bat (GOV-PASS).
