• Recorded SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION from user request.
• Implemented SUMDAdapter in src/data2dsl_adapters.py for structured Markdown table and descriptor metric extraction.
• Extended Data2DslSkill in src/data2dsl_skill.py with data2dsl_validate_envelope and data2dsl_simulate_healing tools.
• Extended urirun_bindings with data2dsl://host/subactor/validate and data2dsl://host/healing/simulate.
• Added test suites in tests/test_sumd_adapter.py and tests/test_skill.py (76/76 tests passing).
• Verified with pytest, ruff check, mypy, and project/governance-check.bat (GOV-PASS).
