Goal and scope

Record architecture decisions and expand documentation/examples:

1. Author docs/decisions/ADR-007-subactor-conformance-and-closed-loop-self-healing.md documenting Subactor envelope validation and self-healing closed loops.
2. Update docs/CAPABILITY_MAP.md with complete matrix of 10 source adapters, Subactor validation, feeds, and MCP/urirun endpoints.
3. Add examples/07-sumd-table-comparison/ with runnable Markdown, query, and expected result fixtures.
4. Update examples/README.md index.
5. Verify test suite and run deterministic governance check (GOV-PASS).

Acceptance criteria

• AC-01: ADR-007 is recorded in docs/decisions/.
• AC-02: docs/CAPABILITY_MAP.md is updated with full 10-adapter matrix and Subactor tool inventory.
• AC-03: examples/07-sumd-table-comparison/ is created with runnable fixtures and README.
• AC-04: Full pytest test suite and governance check pass (GOV-PASS).
