Understanding
SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION: the user explicitly requested a full code
analysis, an independent assessment of the claim that this repository is 100%
complete, and a Markdown file describing remaining work. This authorizes the
audit and report only, not repairs, pushes, PRs or external coordination.
Baseline: 1e7eddd75a40b6c4388869a8210d2c42ca9d9e5e; initially clean main.
Read manifest, TODO, ticket index and unfinished ticket scopes. Tickets 051-057
are PLAN/PUBLICATION with different completed feature scopes; none matches this
independent audit. Allocated 058 with the managed allocator (fetch/prune and
clone-wide reservation), then created codex/ticket-058-code-audit.
Execution plan
- Read application modules, schemas, tests, examples, delivery configuration and governance.
- Run existing tests, quality gates, packaging smoke checks and targeted in-memory reproductions.
- Write docs/AUDYT_KODU_2026-08-28.md in Polish with source references, limitations and prioritized acceptance criteria.
- Run the managed governance gate and verify only authorized documentation changed.
Actual changes
- Initialized the bounded ticket and recorded SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION
from the request to execute this work.
- Read all 12 application Python modules, contract/schema, test structure and
relevant assertions, examples, architecture documents, packaging, Docker and
governance/CI boundaries. No executable source or test file was edited.
- Produced docs/AUDYT_KODU_2026-08-28.md in Polish with 15 findings, evidence,
priorities, remaining work, actual check results and explicit audit limits.
- Existing tests passed twice (84); the successful coverage run reports 86%
statement coverage. Sandbox temp-directory failures were retried with the
required permission and are not attributed to the application.
- Ruff and contract self-test passed. Plain mypy failed on missing stubs/module
discovery; explicit-package-bases plus ignore-missing-imports passed, with
that limitation recorded. Docker Compose syntax passed; engine unavailable.
- Built a wheel in an isolated temporary source copy without downloading
dependencies. Build succeeded but artifact contents/import smoke failed.
- Reproduced cross-actor MATCH, wrong-query batch fallback, generator/schema
mismatch, Markdown actor confusion, OQL false zero MATCH/digest aliasing,
raw adapter failures, MCP stdout contamination, remediation schema mismatch,
missing-data/reporting defects and broken examples. Checked MCP claims
against the official specification version declared by the server.
- Verified manifest artifact digests from committed Git bytes, report local
links, intent schema and git diff whitespace. Governance passed both default
invocation and explicit changed-file audit scope.
- No commits, pushes, PRs, external repository edits or application repairs.
Blockers
- None inside the recorded intent; proceed without a second confirmation.
- New authority remains required for destructive action, secret access, new
external coordination, material objective expansion and trusted merge.
