Changes made

1. src/data2dsl_comparator.py

• Updated float and percentage value comparison to use exact canonical float equality (left_float == right_float and left_pct == right_pct) for the float-exact and percentage-exact comparison policies.
• Eliminated undocumented epsilon thresholds (1e-9 / 1e-6) that were causing outcomes to diverge from the strict contract validator in src/data2dsl_contract_v0/validate.py.

2. tests/test_float_percentage_harmony.py

• Added comprehensive unit tests creating bundles for exact float and percentage matches and conflicts, verifying that DeterministicComparator and validate_document(bundle) agree 100% on all outcomes and delta representations.

Verification

• pytest tests/test_float_percentage_harmony.py: 4/4 passed.
• Full pytest suite: 108/108 passed.
• Ruff: passed.
