Understanding
Publication authorization — 2026-08-28
SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION: the user subsequently requested “zrob push tego dokumentu bym wyslal szefowi”.
Publish this document and its required governance evidence to the existing GitHub repository,
using a documentation-only branch and PR. Preserve the 39 local implementation commits;
do not merge or weaken protection. Rebuild the publication diff from fetched origin/main,
then bind acceptedBaseSha to that actual publication base. The audited source remains
5eb2e32c54a9858215cc770751ebc77d497e2628; publication is not a new audit of origin/main.
The earlier no-publication scope and blocker below describe the completed local-audit phase.
SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION: the user requested another local audit of
readiness and an update leaving only remaining work in the existing report.
Baseline: 5eb2e32c54a9858215cc770751ebc77d497e2628, clean main, 39 commits ahead
of origin/main before allocation. No push, merge or external service test is
authorized. Ticket 058 is DONE; unfinished 051-057 have different feature scopes.
Allocate a fresh audit ticket using the managed allocator, then use a dedicated
local branch. Source and test files remain unchanged.
Execution plan
- Compare local application and test changes with the previous audit baseline.
- Run pytest, ruff, mypy, contract self-test, isolated wheel smoke and focused probes.
- Replace the old report with verified remaining fixes and required validation only.
- Validate documentation links, allowed paths and governance; do not publish.
Actual changes
- Initialized the bounded ticket and recorded SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION
from the request to execute this work.
- Compared changes since 1e7eddd with current 5eb2e32, including all modified
application modules, schema, packaging, examples and new regression tests.
- Allocated ticket-072 with fetch/prune and clone-wide reservation; created
codex/ticket-072-local-reaudit. Managed index regeneration also restored the
existing ticket-057 entry and corrected ticket-058 agent links.
- Re-ran local checks: 127 tests pass after authorized retry for sandbox temp
access; ruff and contract self-test pass; mypy reports 11 source errors.
- Built wheel from a temporary source copy without dependency downloads.
Runtime modules/schema/fixtures now exist; CLI module is still missing.
- Reproduced outstanding validation gaps, order-sensitive batch duplicates,
Code2Schema JSON constructor error, ignored source error statuses, OQL zero
loss/bus regression/stale telemetry, substring actor/key selection, ambiguous
digest serialization, stale manifest hashes, MCP stdout contamination,
numerical precision gaps, first-day-of-month query failure and examples 02/07.
- Confirmed fixes to default query vocabulary, ordinary OQL id routing,
missing-side batch/report formatting, raw Planfile/Curllm/Deta deserialization,
MCP inputSchema, remediation schema name, authority token matching, and
example 01/02 expected bundles and example 05/08 execution through tests/probes.
- Replaced the previous 337-line architecture/history audit with a shorter
remaining-work document (11 groups); removed resolved assertions instead of
carrying them forward. Recorded checks and limitations in the ticket log.
- No executable source/test changes, commits, pushes, external service checks,
publication or repairs performed.
Blockers
- The local report is delivered, but final publication governance is blocked
by GOV-BASE-001: accepted local HEAD/main 5eb2e32 differs from the checker’s
preferred origin/main 1e7eddd. Read .governance/diagnostics.json (no linked
runbook for this code). Preserve the user’s unpublished 39 commits; do not
rewrite refs, change the audited baseline or suppress the check. Resolving
the publication/base mismatch is outside this local audit request.
- New authority remains required for destructive action, secret access, new
external coordination, material objective expansion and trusted merge.
Latest SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION: user explicitly requested immediate merge of the document.
Merge is authorized only through the protected GitHub boundary; no admin bypass or self-approval.
While preparing publication, main advanced to bf98b515a144eb0cb64b65482549e396fbee036d via another PR. Merged that base into this branch, resolving only the audit conflict in favor of the updated report. Delivery base updated to this actual base; audit source remains 5eb2e32.
Read-only workspace inventory found 38 pre-existing non-default branch findings across the workspace; preserved unknown/unique data. Goal CLI is unavailable; terminal lifecycle not claimed passed.
