Understanding
Ticket-073 added a deterministic discovery module and imported it from the
packaged MCP skill, but the explicit setuptools module list was not extended.
Source-checkout tests therefore pass while an installed wheel fails at import.
Execution plan
- Wait for the already-merged ticket-072 lifecycle to release integration.
- Add the missing module to the integration-owned packaging manifest.
- Build and install an isolated wheel, then call discovery through MCP.
- Route the systematic regression test to a dependent application ticket.

from the request to execute this work.
- Kept the ticket in BACKLOG while active ticket-072 owned integration, then
activated it only after protected closure PR #62 reached main.
- Added
data2dsl_discovery to the explicit setuptools module list.
- Built and installed an isolated wheel, then executed discovery through the
installed MCP dispatcher outside the source checkout.
- Removed build-generated egg-info from the diff and passed the repository
suite and managed governance gate.
Blockers
- None inside the recorded intent; proceed without a second confirmation.
- New authority remains required for destructive action, secret access, new
external coordination, material objective expansion and trusted merge.
