Understanding
The installed ticket-078 runtime correctly exposed operational failures, but a
live two-source canary also matched three healthy fleet entries because their
repository names contained error. This is a source semantic regression, not
a Supervisor policy problem.
Execution plan
- Separate operational list-query text from entity identity metadata.
- Preserve full-metadata matching for backward-compatible string queries.
- Reproduce the live false positive and verify its removal.
- Publish only through exact-head protected Validator review.
Actual changes
- Initialized the bounded ticket and recorded SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION
from the request to execute this work.
- Restricted list-query entity matching to non-identity operational attributes.
- Preserved the legacy single-string full-metadata lookup.
- Re-ran the live two-source canary and removed all three identity-only false
positives while retaining every actual PR-controller failure.
Blockers
- None inside the recorded intent; proceed without a second confirmation.
- New authority remains required for destructive action, secret access, new
external coordination, material objective expansion and trusted merge.
