Goal and scope

Close ticket-079 only after exact-head protected delivery and a live readback from the wheel built from integrated main. This ticket changes governance evidence only and does not alter discovery behavior.

Acceptance criteria

• AC-01: SESSION_EXECUTION_AUTHORIZATION is recorded from the Founder’s continuing request to repair and publish autonomy improvements.
• AC-02: Validator approval binds PR #73 to exact implementation head 907a19a8449456044a6f88e6c175e7d5808771bc.
• AC-03: Integrated main contains merge 2c639c456d17bfbf7da41bd03f5ce62ffb8072bf and the implementation branch and worktree were removed only after reachability verification.
• AC-04: A wheel built from integrated main is installed in the Subactor runtime and the live Supervisor canary has no identity-only false positives.
